Name: Clos Roilette Cuvee Tardives
Producer: Clos de la Roilette
From the Winery:
"This cuvée is a selection of old vines (more than 60 years old) planted on a more clayey ground, giving more concentration and intensity of fruit.
Of red ruby red garnet purplish, it has a pleasant relief with a fine and serene cloth. The nose has a fine aromatic evolution combining fruits, spices, smoke. In the mouth the attack is fine and regular, with subtle notes of mash, present without being hard, finely racy.
To taste relatively young while also being able to reserve him some dark places in your cellar and thus marry good 'boeuf-mode' and good bourgeois cuisine."
