Tremau (AB, .6ha) + Barzaniellas (.9ha) + Moral (.9ha) vineyards.
Slate, quartzite, anthracite soils
Fermented via indigenous yeasts in stainless steel.
Aged on lees for 14-15 months in 300/500L, used, French oak.
No SO2 added during entire process of vinification."
