Sandy soils (disparate texture between sub-zones).
Partial whole-cluster fruit, fermented via indigenous yeasts in stainless steel.
36-48 hours of maceration.
Aged on lees for four months.
No SO2 added during entire process of vinification.
3,500 bottles produced."
