"Vinification: De-stemmed, squeezed and fermented in stainless tanks with maceration for 30 days at controlled temperature. Slowenian oak barrel for 24 months and bottling.
Tasting Notes: Aromatic bouquet composed by notes of rose and Tobacco hints, red berries and sage. Long and elegant taste with soft, full and deep tannins.
Food pairing: Excellent with venison, steaks, strong cheese. Perfect also with truffle."
