Philippe Foreau Domaine du Clos Naudin Vouvray Brut
Vinous Review: 91 points
"Rich golden yellow. Opulent aromas of cling peach, sage and nut oils over a very gentle bed of brown-spice botrytis. Unctuous pit fruit flavors communicate a velvety texture and subtle concentration due to the muted but omnipresent acidity. Although still a touch sweet, this noble late-harvest chenin blanc finishes with distinction. At present, it is more appropriately enjoyed as an aperitif, but with age it could well accompany a filet of duck breast in white peaches."
