Name: William Fevre Chablis Les Clos
Producer: William Fevre
Vinous Review: 93-96 points
Pale, green-tinged yellow. Aromas of lime blossom, crushed rock and mint. Silky and suave on entry, then densely packed yet weightless in the middle, showing superb lift to the flavors of lemon, lime, white pepper, crushed stone and saline oyster shell. The rising finish displays superb lift and echoing persistence. Looks to be one of the best wines of the vintage.

Wine Enthusiast Review by Roger Voss
All the Fevre vines are at the top of this vineyard, giving very structured, long-lived wines. This is certainly an age-worthy wine, tightly coiled and nervy, with a strong mineral note at its heart. Lemon and quince flavors are caught up in the complex structure. Drink from 2020. (10/1/2015)--96 points
