In Hoyt's opinion, Vaillon is the best premier cru in Chablis. This wine has the tremendous minerality and sea shell character that comes through from the soil in Chablis, balanced acidity and a long, beautiful finish. Alan Meadows rates this wine very highly. It's mature now and ready to drink!
